Mental Health & Spiritual Support (Confidential)

The offices listed below are confidential offices. This means that they are required to keep all communications with them confidential and have no reporting requirements, other than concerns regarding imminent physical harm.
- Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides students free brief therapy, as well as other services, including groups and workshops; access to a crisis specialist on call and referral support
- Confidential Support Team (CST) offers free support to students impacted by sexual assault and relationship violence, including domestic abuse, intimate partner abuse, stalking, and sexual or gender-based harassment and discrimination.
- Office for Religious & Spiritual Life (ORSL) offers a variety of programs for spiritual wellness and their chaplains and deans offer individual spiritual care and counseling to students, staff, and faculty regardless of religious identity
- Faculty Staff Help Center offers professional therapy for individuals, couples and families (including bilingual counseling) as well as workshops, discussion groups, consultation, departmental training and facilitation services for difficult conversations (The Help Center's support services )
